My oldest son is a freshman in high school and on his first day of school his language arts teacher asked the class this question: If you could have any superhero power, what would it be?

Austin had so much fun with this question, I thought I would create the same question for female leaders.

Sitting on my balcony overlooking the quaint ski village of Beaver Creek I saw something I had never seen before. Clusters of pine cones clinging only to the top of fifty foot evergreens. There didn’t seem to be any cones below the tip top of the trees and that seemed odd to me.

Doable. I love how easily that word rolls off his tongue. I am equally inspired and discouraged in the same minute.
