In the Early Church, people came together daily in houses. Today, people are coming together on social media. We cannot afford to miss the enormous opportunity to reach the “crowd” that exists online for God’s kingdom. Social networks have become the front door to faith for those who will not or cannot attend a brick-and-mortar church.

I’m getting ready to host 53 young influencers at my house for a retreat this weekend. These young women, ages 18-29, are coming from as far as Texas and as close as next door, in pursuit of faith and purpose. Like all of us, they are asking life’s hardest questions: Why am I here?
I recently saw this question on a job application. I am a Strengthsfinder coach, I am a professional in the leadership field. I teach it, I coach it and I write about it.
