Today, I will not stand silent in the face of hate.

It has taken me awhile to process and respond to these photos. They were taken at a KKK Rally not far from my son’s college.

It should be obvious by now that our call to “love your neighbor” is not working.

I don’t have to tell you that our nation and our world is in turmoil. Terrorism, racial, religious, and political unrest is sprawling across our land. A nation that once stood for justice, equality and the pursuit of happiness for every man and woman seems divided.
